By accessing or using Experts.ca (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Experts.ca is a Canadian business directory. We aggregate, verify, and present listings of local service providers. We are not party to the transactions you may enter into with listed businesses.

3. Listings and verification

• Businesses appear at our editorial discretion. We may verify credentials, licensing, and reviews before publishing.
• Listing information is provided by the business or sourced from publicly-available records and may not always be current. Confirm details directly with the business before relying on them.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these Terms or applicable Canadian law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the directory in bulk without written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service, including its forms and APIs.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty about the quality, qualifications, pricing, or availability of any listed business. Your dealings with any business are solely between you and that business.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Experts.ca is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with listed businesses.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on-site or via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
